I guess I had forgotten that I was already up to Nine Nasty diagnosis’ in addition to all of the minors diagnosis’ and symptoms! So Instead of changing numbers and names again I just updated the list!

Well, there it is, the most serious of what ails me. All rolled into one hot mess that is me!
